桑皮的微生物脱胶制浆

摘要: <正>黑曲霉AS-3316经紫外线-氮芥联合诱变处理,获得了一株浅色孢子高产果胶酶突变株。以果胶为底物,产酶活力比出发菌株提高了40%。产酶培养基:2%麦麸、2%桔皮粉、2%(NH_4)_2SO_4。最适培养条件为pH4、30℃、72h。筛选得到的有效营养盐用于桑皮脱胶,制定出了适宜的工艺条件,使桑皮在40h内可成浆,并对浆、纸及废液进行了分析。

Abstract: A mutant strain P-15-1 was obtained from Aspergillus niger 3316 by treating with UV and N.M.. In comparation with the parent strain, its enzymatic activity was increased by 40%. The culture medium for producing pectinase consisted of 2%(NH4)2SO4, 2% wheat bran", 2% citrus peel power. The optimal culture conditions are as follows, initial pH4.0, temperature 30癈 and cultivation time 72h.An effective nutrient solution for biopulping has been selected. Papermul-berry was defiberated in 40h under the optimal culture condition, The pulps, handsheets and the waste liquor were analyzed and discussed.
