鹅毛竹与异叶苦竹的繁育系统研究

Studies on the breeding system in Shibataea chinensis and Arundinaria simonii f. heterophylla

摘要: 通过野外定位观测,对鹅毛竹与异叶苦竹的开花物候、开花动态及繁育系统、花粉-胚珠比(P/O)、杂交指数(OCI)进行了观察和检测。在显微镜下观测柱头及花粉-胚珠比,用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定柱头可授性,用套袋法检测繁育系统。结果表明:鹅毛竹在上年的10月进行花芽的分化,盛花期为次年的3月,花芽的形成到开花跨越2个年度; 异叶苦竹当年3月形成花芽,其盛花期为4月。在各种套袋试验中,鹅毛竹均不结实; 而异叶苦竹收获有数量不等的种子。繁育系统检测表明,异叶苦竹和鹅毛竹无融合生殖现象,异叶苦竹的繁育系统以异交为主,部分自交亲和,需要传粉者。

Abstract: By means of orientational observation in the field, flowering dynamic, breeding system, P/O and OCI of the two bamboo species, Shibataea chinensis and Arundinaria simonii f. heterophylla, were determined. The stigma receptivity was estimated by benzidine-H2O2, the pollen-ovule ratio, morphology of stigma were examined with microscopy, and bagging was used to examine the breeding system.The main results were as follows:the flower buds differentiated in October last year and bloomed in March this year for Shibataea chinensis. While the flower buds differentiated in March and bloomed in April for Arundinaria simonii f. heterophylla. Artificial pollination can improve the seed setting. The seeds could be harvested more or less every year. However, Shibataea chinensis never bore any seeds. The breeding system of Arundinaria simonii f. heterophylla is mainly outcrossing, but partly may be self-compatible.
