云南元谋干热河谷膏桐天然更新种群数量特征

Quantitative characteristics of natural regeneration population of Jatropha curcas Linn. in dry hot valley of Yuanmou in Yunnan

摘要: 为了分析云南元谋干热河谷膏桐天然更新种群的数量特征,在野外调查的基础上,采用空间序列代替时间变化的方法编制了种群特定时间生命表,分析了存活曲线和死亡率曲线的特点,并进行生存分析及谱分析。结果表明:云南元谋干热河谷膏桐天然更新种群幼年个体数量众多,中老年个体数量较少; 该种群天然更新状况较好; 大量的幼苗是其在此生境下生存并形成一定规模种群的适应机制之一; 其存活曲线趋于DeeveyⅢ型; 种群死亡率高峰出现在分别代表其幼年阶段及中老年过渡阶段的第1径级和第9径级; 生存分析显示其危险率与死亡率变化趋势相似; 生存率、累计死亡率和死亡密度表明该种群的生存状况总体上呈现出前期变化剧烈、后期变化平缓的特点; 谱分析显示各周期所起作用的大小随周期的减小而减小。在该区域中,减少、杜绝对该类种群过度采种挖苗等不良人为干扰,加强对该类种群及其生境的保护,是维持、促进其天然更新,保护该地区膏桐种质资源,以及实现其可持续利用的重要途径。

Abstract: To explore the quantitative characteristics of natural regeneration population of Jatropha curcas Linn.in dry hot valley of Yuanmou in Yunnan, a time-specific life table was constructed, then the survivorship curve and the mortality rate curve of the population were analysed, and survival analysis and spectral analysis were subsequently conducted, which was based on the data from field research and was carried out by means of space-for-time substitution. The results indicated that there were abundant young individuals in the population, while few middle age and old ones. The natural regeneration of the population was good. The large number of seedlings was one of the adaptive strategies for the species to survive and form the population with certain size in the environment. The shape of the survivorship curve was tend to be like that of Deevey type Ⅲ curve. The mortality was high both at the first diameter class and at the ninth, which were in the juvenile stage and in the transitional stage from the middle to the old respectively. Survival analysis revealed that the hazard rate of the population resembled the mortality in trend, and the survival, accumulated mortality rate and mortality density indicated that the survival condition of the population generally changed considerably in the earlier stage, and relatively slight in the later stage. The spectral analysis showed that the effect of the period was weak with the short of the period. Human disturbance such as excessive harvest of seeds or seedlings in this type of population should be reduced or be forbidden, and adequate protection is supposed to be provided for the populations and their habitat, which is an important approach to the maintenance and promotion of the population’ s natural regeneration, and to the conservation and sustainable use of the germplasm resource in this area.
