摘要: <正>本文研究水预水解过程中预水解温度和时间对柠檬桉木片中半纤维素溶出的变化情况,并用回归方程表示预水解温度和时间对预水解后木片的得率,戊聚糖含量和溶液中还原物质含量的影响。根据试验结果和回归分析得出的柠檬桉木片水预水解的最佳工艺条件是:在水对木片比率为4:1时,最高温度为160℃~165℃,反应时间1 1/2~2小时。用气相色谱分析了预水解液中的糖含量,结果表明:预水解液中木糖、阿拉伯糖和葡萄糖含量分别为86%、4%和10%。此外还叙述了木糖液的利用和预水解后木片生产机械浆、造纸用化学浆和溶解浆。

Abstract: Changes in the dissolvability of hemicellulose in the Eucalyptu citriodora with relation to prehydrolysis temperature and duration in the process of water prehydro-lysis were studied. Effects of temperature and duration of prehydrolysis on the yield, pentosan contents in prepydrolyzed wood chips as well as the reducing substance contents in the solution are represented by regression equations. Accordinng to the results and the regression analyses the optimal process conditions for water prehydrolysis of Eucalyptu citriodora chips are as fellows: The ratio of water to chips 4 to 1, the highest temperature 160-165C and the reaction duration 12 hours. Sugar contents in the prehydrolysis solution were analysed by gas chromatography, which shows that the xylose, arabinose and glucose contents are 86, 4 and 10% respectively. In addition, the utilization of xylose solution and the production of mechanical pulp, chemical pulp for paper and dissolving pulp from prehydrolyzed chips are also discussed.
