摘要: <正>利用坐标变换解决了两个不同坐标系之间的换算问题,使得在道路工程、建筑工程中的定位测量快速、简捷,并突破了常规施工放样,即:利用旋转后坐标系——施工坐标系(H,V)进行施工放样。

Abstract: The conversion between different coordinate systems is solved by using coordinate transformation. This would make a fast and concise location survey for road engineering and architectural engineering, breaking through the conventional construction layout. The construction layout is carried out by using a postrotated coordinate system,i. e, a construction coordinate system(H,V).
