有机溶剂法纯化麦草碱木质素

摘要: <正>采用有机溶剂法纯化麦草碱木质素 ,研究了不同有机溶剂体系对麦草碱木质素纯化得率及纯化产品化学组成的影响 ,确定了适宜的有机溶剂体系及纯化工艺条件。结果表明 :丙酮和水的混合溶剂为最佳的溶剂体系 ,丙酮和水的体积配比为 1∶1时 ,纯化所得碱木质素的得率为 92 .2 4 % ,产品中木质素的含量由原来的 2 6.1 2 %提高到 41 .54% ,糖含量由 1 6.1 4%降至3.43% ,灰分含量由 34.2 9%降至 2 7.1 2 %。

Abstract: Alkali lignin from wheat straw pulping was purified with organic solvents. Effects of different solvents and solvent dosages on yield and composition of purified lignin were investigated. The suitable solvent system and purifying conditions were determined. The results indicated: the ideal solvent system was a mixture of acetone and water (1∶1,v/v), the solvent to lignin ratio is 10∶1. Under this condition, the yield of lignin was 92.24%, the content of lignin is increased from 26.12% to 41.54%, the content of total sugar and ash in purified lignin were decreased from 16.14% to 3.43% and 34.29% to 27.12% respectively.
