摘要: <正>:对ANACON轻型汽车排放测控系统增加了实时数据采集、分析和显示功能。论述了改进后系统连续取样方式、硬件配置 ,以及以Labview语言为工具 ,以虚拟仪表技术为基础的软件系统。通过对ANACON轻型汽车排放测控系统的二次开发 ,使该系统具有实时分析汽车在各试验工况下污染物排放量的能力。

Abstract: A real time analysis system has been developed on the basis of a measuring and control system made by ANACON company. This paper introduces the sampling way of exhaust, structure of hardware and software. We choose a kind of graphic language “labview” to develop the software. This system is based on virtual instrument technologies. It mainly consists of the module of driving, data acquiring, calibrating, monitoring, span setting rang setting information base, analyzing, printing and main controlling. Which can be called each other. The function of consecutive exhaust sampling, real time data acquisition and analysis has been added. The system has been applied to the test of the three way catalytic converter and the development of the PLG vehicle.
