3种外生菌根真菌在杨树栽植区盐碱土壤中的适应性分析

Adaptability analysis of three species of ectomycorrhizal fungi in saline soil extracts of poplarplanting area

摘要: 为探讨3种优良外生菌根真菌对不同盐碱土壤的适应性,从我国山东和江苏杨树栽植区分别采集盐碱土壤,对其在盐碱土壤提取液中的生长及离子吸附状况进行了测定。结果表明: 3种外生菌根真菌均生长良好,生物量未受到明显抑制,但对不同地区盐碱土的适应性略有差异。劣味乳菇(编号Li)在3种盐碱土壤中均能良好生长,表明其适应性广泛;红绒盖牛肝菌(编号Xc)较适应在山东德州和东营盐碱土壤中生长;美味牛肝菌(编号Be)则在江苏盐城盐碱土壤中生长较好。在3种外生菌根真菌中,Xc和Li具有较强的Na+和K+吸收能力,为吸盐型菌株;而Be抑制Na+的吸收,为拒盐型菌株。这些表明3种外生菌根真菌均具有较强的耐盐碱能力,而其耐盐碱方式不同。

Abstract: In order to select the excellent ectomycorrhizal fungi from three species of ectomycorrhizal fungi adapting to different saline areas, three species of ectomycorrhizal fungi were grown in vitro in the saline soil extracts, which were collected from poplarplantations in Shandong and Jiangsu province. The colony diameter, biomass and salt ions content of fungi were evaluated. The results showed that the three species of ectomycorrhizal fungi had greater capacities of saline tolerance. Their growth and biomass were not obviously reduced under salt stress, but they were adapted to different saline area. Lactaricu insulsus (Li) grew well in all saline area, so it had wide range of adaptability. Xerocamus chrysenteron (Xc) grew well in saline area of Dezhou and Dongying. Boletus edulis (Be) grew well in saline area of Yancheng only. Li and Xc exhibited greater capacities of Na+ and K+ absorption under salt stress, so they were saltincluder; Be exhibited greater capacity to exclude Na+, so it was a saltexcluder.
