摘要

民族植物学是研究人与植物之间直接相互作用的新兴综合性学科，民族药的开发是民族植物学研究的一项重要内容，海南黎族在利用药用植物方面积累了丰富的知识和经验。笔者介绍了民族植物学的概念、研究进展，简述了海南黎族的传统医药和对药用植物的利用，在此基础上分析了海南黎药资源开发利用的现状，并提出发展建议。

Abstract

Ethnobotany is a newly developed comprehensive plant science, which mainly focuses on the direct interrelation between human beings and plants. Ethnobotany has only been established since 1982. However it has achieved marvelous development and fruitful results during the past two decades. The development of national medicine is one of important content of ethnobotany, and the Li nationality in Hainan province has possessed a lot of knowledge and experience in the usage of plants. In this paper, the conception and developing progress of ethnobotany were introduced. Based on the brief discussion of relation between the traditional medicine and plant resource exploitation by the Li nationality, the current situation on medicinal plant resource exploitation in Hainan island has been generalized and some suggestions has been proposed.
