Synthesis of polymerizable photosensitive initiator 4vinyl4′chlorobenzophenone

摘要: 将对氯苯乙烯的格氏试剂和对氯苯腈进行加成、酸性水解,制备4乙烯基4′氯二苯甲酮(4VCBP)。分析了反应温度、时间、原料配比等对产物得率的影响。结果表明,制备4VCBP的最佳工艺条件为:格氏试剂和对氯苯腈质量之比为1.4∶1,50℃反应10 h,加苯回流水解8 h,4VCBP得率可达75%。

Abstract: A new compound 4vinyl4′chlorobenzophenone (4VCBP) was prepared by addition of pchlorobenzonitrile and a Grignard reagent obtained from pchlorostyrene and hydrolyzation of the intermediate. Effects of the temperature, time, and the ratio of reactants on yield were examined. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows: addition reaction was carried at 50℃, for 10 h, and the ratio of Grignard reagent to pchlorobenzonitrile was 1.4∶1; hydrolyzation was performed at reflux for 8 h in benzene, and the yield of 4VCBP reached to 75%.
