四元聚合缓蚀阻垢剂PMAHP的制备与表征

Preparation and characterization of the quadripolymer scale and corrosion inhibitor PMAHP

摘要: 以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、膦酸丁烷-1,2,4三羧酸(PBTCA)为单体,水为溶剂,过硫酸钠/次磷酸钠为引发剂,制备了四元聚合缓蚀阻垢剂PMAHP,并通过大量试验确定了最佳制备条件。结果表明:PMAHP质量浓度为20 mg/L时,其对碳酸钙垢和磷酸钙垢阻垢率分别达68.2 %和90.0 %,缓蚀率为56.6 %。红外光谱检测表明PMAHP分子结构含羧基、膦酰基等官能团。

Abstract: A novel scale and corrosion inhibitor PMAHP was synthesized by aqueous quadripolymerization using maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid (AA), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), and 2phosphonobutane1,2,4tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) as the raw materials initiated by sodium hypophosphite/sodium persulfate, and the optimal technological conditions were determined. When 20 mg/L of this quadripolymer is used, the scale inhibition rates of CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 are 68.2 % and 90.0 % respectively and corrosion inhibition rate is 56.6 %. The infrared spectrum indicates that PMAHP contains carboxyl, phosphonyl acid groups in its molecular structure.
