In this paper a new species of genus Bambusaspis Cockerell is described. All types of specimens are kept in the Forestry Bureau of Huangshan City, Anhui.Bambusaspis huichowensis sp. nov (fig. A-K). This new species is similar to Bambusaspis bamusae (Boisduval) , but they can be obviously separated by the following: (1) marginal quinquelocular pores arranged in a row of 3 ~ 5 pores wide; (2) 12-20 quinquelocular pores between antenna and margin; (3) 21 groups large 8-shaped pores in submarinal dorsal surface. Host: Living on the lower surface of leaves of Indocalaus sp. . Holotype ф , paratypes 5 ф, 1986, collected by Zhang Xuefan from Shexian Country, Anhui.
