Abstract

This paper gave the parts fungi on the moulding,staining bamboo wood an isolation,culture and identification.The result shows that penicillium sp.came out of the 32.7% from the tissueisolated;Haplosporella, 22.4%;Melanconium sp..By conidia isolation gave 6 fungi isolates,whileby fruiting bodies direct identification gave 3 fungi isolates.This research isolated 13 iaolates,belonging to 11 genera, 3 orders, 2 classes of the Deuteromycotina.Most common fungi on the bamboowood were Alternaria viticola,Cladosporium herbarum,Penicillium sp.Aspergillus restrictus and soon.
