There was an interactive effect i. e., the mutual promotion and coordinated development between industrial clusters and specialized market. The specialized market promoted the emergence and healthy development of the industrial clusters, as well as positively supported the industrial clusters upgrading. On the other hand, the supplydemand aggregation effect of the industrial clusters made the specialized market have obvious externalities, e. g. reducing the market transaction cost and enhancing the competitive power. By analyzing the competitive power of industrial clusters of the wooden floor inclustry in Nanxun of Zhejiang province, it was found that the healthy development of industrial clusters and specialized market depended on the interactive development. Based on the demonstrations of interactive development mechanism between them, the valuable model for a region’s economical development was proposed in this paper.
