Abstract
This paper introduced fundamental concept and situation of mathematical and computer simulation,analyzed their significance and importan ce introduced into life scientific research and practice, and further more,discu ssed feasibility of the application of Life Energy System dynamic model into the oretical ecology.It was considered that with the help of description and analysi s of the model,one could learn and understand the essential of life activity mor e profoundly and study the regularity of living process more reasonably,and wit h the help of computer simulation,all the results from mathematical simulation,n o matter how complex they are,can be expressed as the forms of data and figures easy to be understood.
