Abstract

There were many ways on bounder effect to obtain data. However, it used to led to computing error owing to affect of bounder effect in calculating aggregation index by the result which concluded by monitoring sample plot. Thus, adjusting bounder effect method was chosen to analysis spatial pattern of different growth period of broad-leaved Korean pine forest according to aggregation index to take a reasonable management step and biological control tactics. The whole station apparatus was used to monitor relative coordinate data of temporary sample plot in four corners and relative coordinate data of each tree in field. Meantime, the new approach on aggregation index to correct bounder effect was put forward to analysis the spatial distribution pattern of broad-leaved Korean pine forest in its different growth period. The results showed that the pioneer trees shaped clumped distribution pattern when they were dominant. Otherwise, the companion trees shaped random distribution pattern. It was the results that acted as tree biological characteristic, tree adaptive tactics and disturbance factors for broad-leaved Korean pine forest pattern change from clumped distribution pattern to random distribution pattern in its different growth period respectively.
