Abstract: The article is to study autocorrelation of spatial distribution of Cephalcia kunyushanica Xiao by using the method of global Moran’s Ⅰ and Local Moran’s Ⅰ analysis. Results showed that distribution of C.kunyushanica Xiao had the spatial autocorrelation at a certain degree but don’t take on the significant positive correlation so don’t have a specific distribution pattern. Meanwhile, significant local spatial autocorrelation of C.kunyushanica Xiao don’t also occurred. We only consider that spatial autocorrelation of C.kunyushanica Xiao is influenced by spatial autocorrelation of C.kunyushanica Xiao’s susceptible trees or not as environment is very simplex in specimen field. To study relationship between index of global Moran’s Ⅰ of C.kunyushanica Xiao and index of susceptible trees’s by using method of correlate analysis. The result show that autocorrelation of spatial distribution of C.kunyushanica Xiao is evidently effected by spatial autocorrelation of C.kunyushanica Xiao’s susceptible trees. Spatial autocorrelation analysis can be used to research spatial autocorrelafion of C.kunyushanica Xiao, and it is a good way to find out the spatial distribution at different stages.
