Abstract: Unconfined compressive strength (UCS) of the fly ash solidified with curing agent JNS1 was tested, and influence of the content of curing agent JNS1, moisture content, density, age and failure strain on compressive strength of the solidified fly ash were investigated. The results showed that the compressive strength of the fly ash stabilized with curing agent JNS1 increased in an exponential relationship with the increase of JNS1 mixing ratio. There was a optimal moisture content for fly ash solidification. When the moisture content was less than the optimal moisture content, the compressive strength increased in a linear relationship with the increase of the moisture content, and when the moisture content was larger than the optimal moisture content, the compressive strength increased in a power function relationship with the increase of the moisture content. When the JNS1 mixture content was lower, the compressive strength increased in a linear relationship with the increase of the density, and that the compressive strength increased in an exponential relationship with the increased of the density the JNS1 content when the JNS1 content was higher. There is a logarithmic relationship between the compressive strength and the age. The damage strain decreased as the growth of the JNS1 mixing ratio and density of the fly ash stabilized with solidified agent JNS1. The stressstrain curve under uniaxial test of the fly ash stabilized with solidified agent JNS1 was well fitted with parabolic curve.
