Abstract: 1. The difference between the sporogenous tissue and microspore mother cell is highly significant in morphological structure. There are non-distances among cells in sporogcnous tissue, cells possess characteristic of meristem cells, nucleolus is irregularly branchlike and the cells have the lings. The distance among the close microspore mother cells had been showed and the cells are gradually separated to be globular. There are cellose between cytoplasm memb rane and cellar wall." Nucleolus is irreqularly lumplike, cellorgans are adequate and the amyloplast alveolus are observed in the cytoplasm.2. Meiotic mitosis of microrpore mother cell nuclear phase has great changes during the early prophase I, there is synatonemal complex’ structure. The centre structure has two dark-belt and one clear belt from zygotene to the pachytene during the prophase I, and the total width is 235nm. The nuclear membrane will not disappear until the diakinesis cell plate doesu’t appear in centre from the anaphase I to the telephase and the new cell wall will not form until the telephase of the second mitosis. There are always adequate cell organs in the cytoplasm.3. The all process of mitosis of microspore mother cell can be finished from 24 hours to 3 or 4 weeks. Temperature is important factor dependent on the length of the mitosis an process and the mitosis is usually best fast at 20 to 22 degree centigrades.
