INFLUENCES OF SEA-COAST PROTECTIVE FOREST ON SOIL DESALTING AND DESALTING STABILITY

Abstract: The soil salt content and distribution pattern with month and depth are studied in the seacoast protective forest.The results show that forestation and agriculture all can promote the soil desalting process,but the forestation seems more effective than that of agriculture in keeping desalting stability and preventing resalinization.
