Abstract: The paper analyzed the present situation and constraints of forest ecological construction in Anhui.Based on the modern forestry theories and systematic engineering theory,instructed by the forest ecological net work theory,the paper raised directional thoughts,principals and the general framework of Anhui forest ecological network program,and the ideas to treat cities,towns,villages,nature reserves and forest parks as green points;to treat roads,river sides and forest belts as green lines;and to treat ecological public forests and commercial forests as green areas,and what should be constructed separately in the points,lines and areas.On the basic principal of different construction in different areas,the paper separated Anhui into the five typical ecological districts in which what should be constructed and the emphasis were outlined.
