Abstract: The paper gives the pest risk-analysis and evaluation of Ceratosphaeria phillostachydis Zhang in economical value,planting area,distribution and damaged degree of host plant, spreading possibility and control difficult degree of the pathogen referring to the international pest risk analysis method. C. phyllostachydis Zhang is a forest pest greatly devastating in China and the latent serious damage to bamboo resource and bamboo industry. The pathogen must be inspected and be controlled.
