Abstract: The static three-point bending test at different loading rates from 1mm/min to 500mm/min and dynamic bending test of two different structures (A and 13) of bamboo strengthened Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) were carried out. The relation between them was investigated. The result showed that the trends of MOR of A and B is enhanced while the loading rate increases. The MOR of A is larger than that of B at a low loading rate, The MOR of B is larger than that of A while the loading rate is more than 150mm/min. The dynamic MOR of A and B is larger than the static MOR respectively and the dynamic MOR of A is larger than that of B obviously.
