Abstract: Acquisition of sterilized nematode was the basis of disease mechanism and nematode pathogenic study. Different concentrations of H2O2_ and antibiotics were treated to pine wood nematodes and their eggs. The effective sterilizing process was tested. After an analysis, it was seen that the best way to sterilize the surface of the nematode body was to use higher concentration of antibiotics and lower concentration of H2O2 alternately and repeatedly. The sterilized trematode and the nematode carring bacteria were used in the Botrysls cinerea which grew in the medium of PSA or corn. It was found there were no significant differences in growth and reproduction of the nematode.
