Abstract: To understand the degradation degree of soil in different soilutilization ways, with drought white gourd forest witless jamming as biochemical activity of soil with different utilization ways were analyzed by the method of field sampling and laboratory analysis. The results indicated that soil biochemical activities were different under different utilization types, which reflected the difference of soil fertilization and degradation degree. The different land utilization had significant effect on soil biochemical activities except for sugar activities. The effect of land utilization and human activities were mainly on the land surface (A layer) since the soil biochemical activities decreased along with the deepening of soil. Different land layer also had significant effect on soil biochemical activities except for ammonification. The soil characters in the drought white gourd forest was better than others, and the other 5 utilization types of soils had degradation at different degree.
