Abstract: Dynamic diversification of the height, diameter and root under different fertilizer treatment was studied. Results showed: the growth of aboveground parts and root under different fertilizer treatments increased more or less. The height and diameter of Pinus massoniana were the best under phosphate fertilizer treatment. The value of height and diameter were 1623 cm and 029 cm after one year and 675% and 1551% higher than that of CK respectively. The root length was 5458 cm/strains and 692 % higher than CK. The main root length was relatively short, 2067 cm/strains, only 291% higher than CK. The root surface area was 1186 cm2/strain and 1048% higher than the CK. The root tips was 239 in a plant and 161% higher than CK. The lateral fibrous roots were well developed under phosphate fertilizer treatment. Followed by the NPK fertilizer mixing facilities, single application of nitrogenous fertilizer was ineffective. Thus, in the process of pine seedling, the appropriate application of phosphate fertilizer can promote sound seedlings cultivation.
