Abstract: The main kinetic factors that influence the cellulase synthesis by immobilized cells of Trichoderma reesei Rut C30 have been studied in this paper.Under repeated batch fermentation in 250 mLshaking flasks using sulphate pulp as carbon source,it was found that the suitable fermentation conditions of the immobilized cells were:substrate concentration,1.5% ~2.0%;C/N,8;the initial pHvalue of culture fluid,4.0;temperature,26℃;culture flask shaking speed,200 r/min.It was alsoproved that a fed-batch fermentation could improve mass transfer and increase the total substrate concentration, and therefore could effectively promote the cellulase synthesis. When the fed-dosage of sulphate pulp was 0.4 % a day, the filter Paper activity could reach 4.05 IU/mL.
