Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of the multiple function and effect of forest on the natural ecological system and social economic system, principles and technique of evaluating the multiple function system of forest are studied, with instances being taken from the counties of Gongshan, Fugong, Bijiang, Lushui, etc., in Yunnan Province as examples of application.
