Abstract: This paper deals with the factors in stress concentration measured by photoelas-tic method and the laws of stress distribution round tooth gullets of saw-blades under the actions of quiescent tensile force, cutting force and feeding force, which can serve as an important reference for calculating the bending fatique of the saw-blade and improving the tooth style.
