Abstract: The methodological condition of extracting the tea polyphenols from the bamboo leaves of Phyllostachys glauca Mcclure under microwave radition, using the ethyl hydroxide as the extracting agent was studied. The condition of the extraction in the experiment, the influent factors of the power of microwave radiation, concentration of the solvent, proportion between of the bamboo leaves and the solvent (g/mL),extracting time, stages of the extraction and times of the ethyl acetate extraction and so on were also studied. By microwave radition, the proper condition of extracting tea polyphenols from the bamboo leaves could be obtained. According to the GB/T 8313--2002, the UV-9200 spectrophotometric instrument was used to analyze the absorbancy of the tea polyphenols and the content of the tea polyphenols was analyzed. By the experiment, the proper condition of extracting tea polyphenols from the bamboo leaves under microwave radition was got 1.43% (mass percent) tea polyphenols was prepared with the 0. 125 g/mL proportion between of the leaves of the Phyllostachys glauca and the solvent,60% concentration of the ethyl hydroxide under the 320 W microwave radiation for 4 rain.
