RAPD Fingerprints of wild Germplasm Resources of Polygonum multilorum Thunb.

Abstract: The ten wild germplasm resources of Guangxi were collected and their inheritable variety were analyzed by the RAPD. The result showed that the PCR amplification with 40 screened primers were conducted to access and 295 genes were obtained from the PCR Amplification, 175(59.3%of total genes) of which were polymorphic. The genetic variation is lowest between the germplasm resource of Tianlin and the germplasm resource of Xilin,and the genetic variation is biggest between the the germplasm resource of Xilin and the germplasm resource of Guanyang. Five tapes of ten Polygonurn multiloru.mclassifiedbylRAPDwere related with their distribution,and some of them from near distribution can get together. The result by the RAPD would offer to scientific theories for the classification,authenticity and the good breeds selective of the germplasm resources of the P. multilorurn.
