Abstract: With no resin, spreading resin and impregnating resin under pressure, the relation between the veneer’s mechanical properties of length and breadth after hot pressing and the density were researched in a systematic way. Base on mixture mode of fiberreinforced composites and stiffness theory of laminate respectively, formulate the MOE model of physics and math of veneers which were treated with heat, pressure and resin. The result shows: (1)The veneer treated with heat, pressure and resin can get 3 times MOE on perpendicular diction than the veneer without treated. (2)The parallel MOE of veneer spreaded and impregnated resin under pressure will be increased with the density, and their increasing speed is lower than that of the compressed veneer. (3) After multiplying a coefficient k, here k=0.76, the perpendicular MOE model of the resin spreading veneer is close to the test value. (4)According to the theory of layer panel, the veneer with resin impregnated under pressure was divided 21 layers altogether with 11 thin veneer’s layers and 10 thin resin layers, and the model is close to the test value with 5.8 % deviation in parallel and 1.7 % deviation in perpendicular.
