Abstract: Complete specimens of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.) stylets were obtained by macerating the surrounded muscles with an extract of toad (Bufo bufo) digestive tract. This paper gives a detailed description of the methods for the preparation of microscopic and electron-microscopic specimens.
