Abstract: By adopting the method of changing the latex content of coated paper, conduct flexibility analog printing on the coated paper with different latex contents under a variety of printing pressure conditions, discuss and analyze the conformability to flexographic printing of latex content of the coated paper. The results showed that the level of latex content directly influenced the printing ink absorbability of coated paper. The lower the latex content, the smaller the printing ink absorbability. The printing quality of coated paper is restricted by printing condition, and the printing pressure change directly affects the faithful reproduction of the dot. Make comparative analysis on the dot percentage, dot enlargement rate, density, etc. of the printed matter through the matching experiment between the latex content of coated paper and the printing pressure, the printing products obtained from the coated paper with latex content of 15 % for flexographic printing under the pressure of 250 N is thought to meet the print quality requirements.
