In this paper, 24 species of longicorn beetles larvae were identified in Nanjing area, which belonged to Prioninae, Aseminae, Cerambycinae and Laminae respectively. Compared with the record species, longicorn beetles in Nanjing area had 5 new genera, 9 species. Up to now, there are 46 genera 67 species of longicorn beetles in Nanjing. Among them, 5 species were new record in Jiangsu province, namely Tetropium castaneum（Linnaeus）, Xylotrechus savioi Pic, Desisa subfasciata（Pascoe）, Oberea rufotestasea Pic and Pterolophia persimilis Gahan. The main characteristics pictures of 24 species of longicorn beetles larvae were presented and the morphological characteristics of the larvae of P. persimilis Gahan and X. savioi Pic were described for the first time in the world. The larvae morphology of Agapanthia amurensis Kraatz was first described in China.
