Abstract: The pesticide control technology with pulse fogger has the advantages of high efficiency, less dosage, environmental friendly protection and others. However, it is only applied with chemical pesticides. In the paper, germination ability of three Beauveria bassiana preparations were tested, stored separately in temperature-controlled chamber with 25 ℃ and 50 ℃, and after thermal smoking. Test results on the biological activity of B. bassiana spores shown that spore germination ability decreased slightly after a day of storage, and was more than 79.7% after 3 days of storage, and reached 53.1% after 2 days of storage, in the condition of 50 ℃ high temperature simulation test. The fog temperature for diesel located on the fog ejector of pulse thermal fogger was greatly higher than the three B. bassiana preparations. So, it showed that the diesel could not be used directly as solvent oil of thermal aerosol with B. bassiana. After high temperature thermal atomization, the biological activity of B. bassiana preparations didn’t decrease obviously, which the fall value was only 0.87%. It was shown that mixed solution of glycerol and water in suitable proportion was feasible to apply in the solvent of thermal aerosol with bio-pesticide.
