Abstract: In order to establish an applicable synthetical evaluation method of fruit quality of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. under the application of single and different combinations of boron and zinc microelement fertilizer, and to determine appropriate proportion and amount of the boron and zinc microelement fertilizer, fruits of Z. jujuba Mill.cv.Jinsi 4 were treated with 16 different combinations of boron and zinc microelement fertilizer in this experiment. The data matrix in this study was converted by the method of subordinate function for factor and duster analyses. Results showed that:①Five factors(eigenvalue>1)were extracted from the converted data matrix. Their cumulative contribution approximated to 80.559%. The synthetical score was the accumulation of the product of the score of each factor multiplied by the corresponding weight value of each factor. Based on the sort of synthetical score, it was proposed that appropriate application of boron, zinc micronutrient fertilizer could improve the comprehensive fruit quality, but the greater amount of the boron, zinc microelement fertilizer could not improve the comprehensive quality of fruit.②According to the result of cluster analysis on fruit quality data, when boron fertilizer with 22.5 kg/hm2 was applied individually, the improvement of fruit quality was the most effective and reducing or increasing application amount had no significant effect on fruit quality. When zinc fertilizer with no more than 22.5 kg/hm2 was applied alone, the improvement of fruit quality was the most effective. When microelement fertilizers combinated with 15 kg/hm2 of boron plus zinc in equal amount or 22.5 kg/hm2 of boron plus zinc in equal amount were applied individually, the effect of microelement fertilizer on improvement of fruit quality was the most significant.③When micronutrient fertilizer combinated with 15 kg/hm2 of boron plus zinc in ratio of 1:1 was applied, the improvement of fruit quality was the most effective, and the amount of boron and zinc micronutrient fertilizer was minimized.
