Abstract

In this paper, the effects of seven coating structures formed by four types of paints on the performance of coating film, including tensile strength, hardness, adhesion and wearing resistance were investigated for optimizing the process conditions of UV(Ultraviolet)curing elastic flooring paint. The results showed that the composition and structure of the coating had obvious influence on the performance, including hardness, wearing resistance, adhesion and tensile strength of UV curing elastic coating film under the same dosage and curing condition. The composite coating structures of three UV high-elastic undercoat layers and two UV wear-resisting finishing coat layers were most effective to solve the problem of floor cracking with 3H hardness, 100 r wearing value<0.09 g, grade 1 ISO level adhesion, elongation at break 6.88% without film cracking.
