Through analyzing the relevant characteristics of ecological landscape forests, the urban color planning ideas of Shenzhen were put forward. Combining the status quo of 19 major highways in the city of Shenzhen and the characteristics of trees, theme tree species of ecological landscape forests were determined and their characteristics were analyzed.
