Abstract

2909 permanent point-sampling plots were set up in the land allocated for forestry in Guangxi Autonomous Region in 1977. Two further surveys were made in 1978?980. Based on the results obtained on the three occasions, comprehensive analyses have been made in this paper on the changes of the forest coverage and forest resource storage in Guangxi Autonomous Region.
