In the preparation of glyphosate "Nanlin Z" under pressure, many unstable factors occur due to the characteristics of chemicals used for production and the complexity of reaction mechanism. In this paper, a systematic study was made by the auther on the subjects such as the monitoring and remote control of operation parameters, the explosion prevention devices, the structure of autoclave cabin, the protection wall from explosion, ventilation and the layout of electric devices. It is proved that all these designs are indispensable and effective.
