Abstract

Based on the reaction mechanism of Chloromethylphosphonic dichloride, potential factors in accidents are discussed and protective measures in connection with technical operation and the structure of eguipment are proposed.The type of the safety membrane, the designing and installation of it etc. have been thoroughly studied. In particular, a type of double safety membranes is suggested, which can eliminate accidents and ensure operation safety.
