The paper deals with the raft types, raft amounts, round-boom forms, non-drift velocity and seaworthiness in mooring of round-boom type rafts suitable for transportation in large and medium-sized reservoirs. Also discussed in the paper are raft types, raft amounts and towing speeds of ronnd-boom type rafts which are fit for tug transportation in the reservoir region of Ertan (Second Beach) Hydroelectric Power Station.
