"Welltex" is a lignen-product, of which the main constituent is lignosite. The relation equations between the concentration of "Welltex" and extinetion coefficient have been obtained by determining the extinction coefficients. The treatments of lignosulfonate waste have been extended by studing the waste of "Welltex" . The Degree of degradation of the waste of "Welltex" is obtained 50~55% by biological treatment (28 day). By adding a little A12(SO4)3 in the waste. The degree of degradation of "Welltex" obtiamed 70~75%. The existence of Al+++ can improve the retention of the "Welltex" in the paper.As a result, the value of COD can obtain the drain-norm.
