Mathematic model of tree bole (tree length) form is the necessary condition for computers to control and automatize bucking process. This thesis has investigated the method of setting the mathematic model of tree bole, and on the basis of investigation, the mathematic model of Chinese fir tree length has been set up. On this basis, the general method of setting the mathematic model for tree bole of various species is inferred.
