Abstract: This paper deseribes and compares a series of models for estimating tree biomass. The authors identify them with the biomass data of 32 trees. The result suggests the precision of two-independent梫ariable regression models, using tree’s size factor (Dbh) and form factor (H/Dbh & Cr (erown)) as independent variable, are obviously higher than that of one-independent-variable regression models, which use tree’s size factor (Dbh) as independent variable. The two-independent- variable models are better ones for estimating stem weight, total aboveground weight, in special, branch weight, and leaf weight.
