Abstract: The x-ray diffraction patterns of the cut and milled wood powder of pinus masoniana by micro-computer were decomposed. Relative crystallinity and size Of crystalline regions were calculated by means of the decomposed diffraction patterns. In adition, normalization of x-ray diffraction iatensity was introduced minutely.
