Abstract

Studies were carried out to determine the release rates and chief physico-chemical properties of decamethrin, fenvalerate, cypermethrin and permethrin pesticide microcapsules, and their new processing techniques as well. The average diameter of these four microcapsules’ pores are 9. 8, 14. 5, 9. 3, and 9. 6 μm, and their suspensibility rates are 94. 65%, 81. 78%, 82. 24% and 86. 72% respectively. They are imbued with stable properties and constant release rates as compared with emulsifiable concentrate. Experiment results indicate that they are easy to operate and their quality remains stable. The processing techniques are suitable for the production of different kinds of pesticide microcapsules.
