Abstract: The optimum design system on the forest cablewsys is based on two theories of the optimum design of the skyline on forest cableways and of forest cableways with given equipments. The BASIC programs designed can be used for the optimum design on single span or multispan cableways. This paper mainly studied the technical key to the system and also evaluated its economic effects.
