Abstract: Instruments for determining wood coating adhesion have been designed according to the theory of cross cutting, of which cutting precision reaches ISO standard and GB standard. The successful development and wide application of the instrument have changed the present situation that razor blades have been taken and straightened to cross out for assessing the quality of coatings for a long period of time in China, This instrument also presents a high assessment of wood coating adhesion both in precision and science
